Job Description
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Pre-Production Planning: Attend meetings, schedule rehearsals, and develop production timelines.
- Rehearsals: Oversee rehearsals, take notes on cues and changes, and communicate with the cast and crew.
- Communication: Act as the primary contact between the director, cast, and crew; distribute schedules and notes.
- Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the technical crew on lighting, sound, and set changes; conduct technical rehearsals.
- Performance Management: Manage backstage during performances, call cues, and handle emergencies.
- Health and Safety: Ensure safety protocols are followed and conduct safety briefings.
- Working hours 9pm to 6am may include weekends and public holidays.
