- Ensure all goods received at the hotel are supported by the hotel PO.
- Examine the quality and quantity of incoming goods.
- Document and account for outgoing goods.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Input all goods received into the system daily.

- Legible communication skills.
- Experience with computers.
