Job Description
SUHANG GOURMET PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Store Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing regular inspections of food and beverage preparation in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures and Recipes.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Soliciting feedback from customers and resolving any issues or enquiries.
- Enforcing hygiene regulations and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Overseeing opening and closing duties.
- Monitoring and improving the Mystery Dining Program.
