Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Area Manager in overseeing staff issues, training, and recruitment
• Manage staff rostering to ensure optimal productivity
• Train and provide ongoing training for team members
• Demonstrate good leadership and coaching skills, conduct staff appraisals
• Conduct regular inspections according to SOP
• Communicate upcoming promotions and ensure team understanding
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues
• Supervise store cleanliness and maintenance

Management

• Submit reports and maintain inventory records efficiently and timely
• Handle cash, manage stock levels, restocking, and administrative tasks
• Maintain and update POS System

Working days: 5 work days/week

Working locations: Islandwide
