Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist Area Manager in overseeing staff issues, training, and recruitment
- Manage staff rostering to ensure optimal productivity
- Train and provide ongoing training for team members
- Demonstrate good leadership and coaching skills, conduct staff appraisals
- Conduct regular inspections according to SOP
- Communicate upcoming promotions and ensure team understanding
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve issues
- Supervise store cleanliness and maintenance
Management
- Submit reports and maintain inventory records efficiently and timely
- Handle cash, manage stock levels, restocking, and administrative tasks
- Maintain and update POS System
Working days: 5 work days/week
Working locations: Islandwide
