Reports to: Director of Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
The Student Recruitment Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, supporting, and participating in marketing campaigns, recruitment, and corporate outreach activities. Providing professional consultation to prospective students and taking ownership of course enrolments are key aspects. This role also involves developing tailored marketing materials for digital and print platforms.
Job Description:
- Conceptualize and support marketing campaigns, recruitment, and outreach activities.
- Take ownership of course enrolments.
- Provide professional consultation to prospective students.
- Conduct market research and analysis for marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams on new marketing strategies.
- Manage customer contacts, design marketing materials, and oversee social media platforms.
- Implement digital marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze and report on campaign outcomes.
Job Requirements:
- Recognized Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, and digital marketing.
- Digital Savvy with knowledge of social media platforms and website analytics.
- Experience in Hospitality, B2B, or ex-Chef field is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
