Job Description

- Handle counter duties, enquiries, and fee collection
- Schedule student lessons and collaborate with teachers
- Collect school fees promptly for two studios
- Provide excellent customer service in-person and via email
- Manage registrations, payments, and material sales
- Maintain accurate database records and handle facility management
- Support administrative tasks and basic accounting duties
- Other duties as assigned by supervisors
