Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrating, instructing, and guiding customers or groups in various exercises and workout routines.
- Training customers on proper technique and use of exercise equipment.
- Assisting customers with modifying workouts to suit their needs and prevent or recover from injuries.
- Monitoring and tracking customers’ progress and performance.
- Assist in administrative duties including the organization of daily operation records, upkeeping, and maintenance of the studio and equipment.
- Handle various duties as assigned by the head trainer.
- Reports directly to the head trainer.
- Ensuring proper evaluations and exercise program administrations of customers.
Job Requirements
- Any certification in fitness and/or prior experience in customer service will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability and willingness to serve as a positive health and fitness role model including a positive enthusiastic, optimistic outlook, can-do attitude, collaborative professional.
