Job Description
Daily operations
bookings and cancellations using software
client profile updates
Customer service
general housekeeping of the studio
up-selling of packages
assist in marketing and advertising
stock inventory
payment collection and settlement
assisting managers with other ad hoc duties
Must be PC literate
reporting to Managing Director
helps with Instructors’ schedules
answer telephone and walk-in inquiries
5-day workweek
respond to emails and social media inquiries
check letterbox
