Job Description

Company: HONGYUN MANPOWER PTE. LTD.

We are looking for a highly responsible Supermarket Manager to oversee full-scale store management. This role includes:

Commodity Procurement and Promotion: Supervise purchasing, review contracts, ensure supplier quality, and create promotion plans.
Store Operation: Oversee goods acceptance, display, quality management, and loss management.
Customer Service: Address complaints, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Employee Training and Team Management: Train staff, manage attendance, and motivate the team for operational efficiency.
