Job Description
- Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring all services meet quality and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, order supplies, conduct stock takes, and minimize waste for cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to develop menus based on customer preferences and culinary trends.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, taking immediate action to improve the dining experience.
- Prepare and manage the department budget, forecasting for future needs.
- Schedule staff shifts for peak times and events to ensure efficient service coverage.
