Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor to oversee and enhance our customer service operations. The successful candidate will assess staff activities, provide performance feedback, strategize daily operations, and assist with training. You will manage cashier coverage and customer flow, investigate complaints, and help develop service policies. Strong communication and people skills are essential, alongside good organizational abilities. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends is required.
