- Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Monitor and ensure quality of food, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain facilities and decor.
- Handle administration duties including stock ordering and staff assignments.
- Resolve personnel issues, hire staff, and evaluate performance.
- Undertake a fast-paced role with varied duties.
- Conduct briefings and updates to staff.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure and independently.
- Shift work required, including weekends and holidays.
