Job Description
As a Supervisor at Titan Scaffolding, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all scaffolding activities within our projects. Responsibilities include allocating work, inspecting materials for safety, conducting risk assessments, and training staff on safety protocols.
Key Tasks and Duties:
- Supervising erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
- Auditing existing structures for safety compliance.
- Problem-solving on-site scaffolding issues.
- Managing scaffolding materials and inventory.
- Effective communication with construction managers and contractors.
