Job Description

- Ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience for our customers
- Monitoring dining areas for setup, cleanliness, and safety
- Handling customer feedback and complaints
- Performing cashiering duties and promoting sales
- Motivating the team and maintaining service standards
- Acting as Manager on Duty in the absence of Managers
