Job Description
- Purchasing
Ø Raise PO for ordering once the stock level reaches the reorder point.
Ø Arrange and communicate with suppliers to ensure the purchasing process goes smoothly.
- Inventory Control
Ø Generate purchase, usage, and stock take reports monthly.
Ø Compound and analyze the raw usage data to forecast the next purchase quantity to avoid inventory shortage or overload.
Ø Track and monitor inventory deliveries.
Ø Coordinate with warehouse executive and suppliers for inventory management.
- Logistic Management
Ø Plan and arrange delivery schedules, and ensure smooth logistic operations.
Ø Coordinate with product and warehouse suppliers for timely deliveries.
Ø Prepare commercial invoices and packaging lists for exports.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
