About the Company:

Aurora Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in our supply chain activities.

Job Description:

  • Maintain ethical standards in supply chain activities professionally.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and logistic providers for on-time delivery, cost reduction, and overall value to the company.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring team members understand procurement policies and supply chain procedures.
  • Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to align with customer requirements.
  • Provide weekly/monthly inventory reports for stakeholders.
  • Implement cost reduction programs, 5S in the work area, and measure their effectiveness.
  • Manage labor costs, personnel growth, inventory levels, and data accuracy.
  • Follow safety and quality guidelines.
  • Promote and participate in programs such as Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, and social activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management and lean management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Firm knowledge of processing environments in the oil and gas industries.
  • Consistently achieves results, both quantitative and qualitative.
