Aurora Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, a leading company in the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to join our team. We are committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards in our supply chain activities.
Job Description:
- Maintain ethical standards in supply chain activities professionally.
- Negotiate with suppliers and logistic providers for on-time delivery, cost reduction, and overall value to the company.
- Identify and resolve potential issues, ensuring team members understand procurement policies and supply chain procedures.
- Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to align with customer requirements.
- Provide weekly/monthly inventory reports for stakeholders.
- Implement cost reduction programs, 5S in the work area, and measure their effectiveness.
- Manage labor costs, personnel growth, inventory levels, and data accuracy.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines.
- Promote and participate in programs such as Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, and social activities.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management and lean management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Firm knowledge of processing environments in the oil and gas industries.
- Consistently achieves results, both quantitative and qualitative.
