Job Description
We are currently seeking a Support Staff for our Human Resource department. As a Support Staff, you will play a vital role in assisting the HR team in various administrative tasks and supporting the overall HR operations.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, updating databases, preparing HR documents, scheduling meetings, and assisting in recruitment processes. You will also be responsible for answering employee inquiries, providing general HR information, and ensuring smooth communication within the department.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to multitask. Proficiency in HR software and a basic understanding of HR practices and policies are also required.
