Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create sales quotations and proposals, negotiate, and follow up for wins.
• Manage business quotations and track them in a quotes register.
• Generate and qualify sales leads, handing them over to the Business Development team.
• Liaise with ocean carriers and airlines for competitive buying costs, supporting product procurement.
• Reconnect with inactive customers and collaborate with salespersons to regain support.
• Coordinate with product teams for the best market rates.
• Advocate for process compliance, including CRM Data Quality.
• Analyze and report on weekly/monthly sales data.
• Be a super-user for BD-related systems.

Secondary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on sales initiatives with leadership and stakeholders.
• Train new BD personnel in Sales and CRM processes.
• Support Sales Team in tenders/RFQs/bids.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
