Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and managing syndication services for startups and investors
- Coordinating and facilitating pitch days and office visits
- Preparing investment agreements for signatures
- Collaborating with corporate secretary on corporate secretarial duties
- Assisting in maintaining corporate records and startup updates records
Financial Tracking:
- Working closely with Finance team to manage capital calls, invoices, and distributions to investors
- Assisting in cap table shareholding related calculations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and reports for the SPV
You will report to the Product Head and work closely with the Management.
- Work hours per week: 20-25 hours per week; remote work but need to be present for all physical events and weekly team coordination meetings.
- Monthly Salary: (depending on experience and qualifications)
Our ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite/ Google Workspace).
- Fast learner, self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with external stakeholders.
- Conversant with financial (investment) and startup lingo
- Previous experience in a financial or operational support role in the venture capital or angel investment space is an added advantage.
