Job Description
Implement endpoint remediation on end-user PCs.
Deployment and configuration of software (e.g. Microsoft O365) on end-user PCs.
Perform PC refresh and Win 10 upgrading work on end-user PCs.
Deployment and configuration of Software/platform (OKTA, VMware Workspace One) to all client sites.
Understanding of new technology offerings and businesses supported.
Must do schedule and planning of deployment software to end-user PCs.
Give briefing to end-users on how to use new software after deployment.
Document a procedure and technical information.
Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to all client sites.
