Job Description
Company: TALENTSIS PTE. LTD.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor and assist in the installation and support of hardware, software, and networks.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures.
- Support operational systems complying with Service Level Agreements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting technical issues.
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows Server, Unix/Linux OS, and virtualization (VMware, HyperV).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of VPN, firewalls, routers, and storage devices.
