Overview:

This role will assist in managing Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS), Radiology Information System (RIS) in Radiography department.

Job Role:

• Provide level 1 support to Radiology users in troubleshooting system faults and on-call duty after office hours;
• Provide orientation on RIS / PACS to all new staff.
• Manage and liaise with doctors on the replacement of Diagnostic Workstations.
• Liaise and coordinate with modality radiographers for upgrades and RIS / PACS connectivity matters.
• Liaise with the Hospital Information Service Department on projects & events that may affect department systems (e.g., scheduled downtime, preventive maintenance, etc.).
• Liaise and coordinate with the Infra Services Team for compliance on testing and maintenance of periodic deployment of security patches and policy updates to all computers in the department.
• Assist with the day-to-day maintenance of system issues.

Job Requirements:

• Recognized Degree in any relevant IT field or Healthcare related discipline.
• At least 3 years’ experience in systems coordination, project management.
• Prior experience in a hospital setting will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be fully vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccinations.
