Join the Singapore Business Federation as a Talent Onboarding Experience Intern! You will have the opportunity to shape the onboarding journey by designing an engaging half-day orientation programme for new employees. This role involves studying best practices, creating innovative content, and collaborating with various teams to enhance new joiners’ experiences and align them with our vision and values.

Requirements: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related fields; commitment to a minimum three-month full-time internship from May onwards; strong research and communication skills; creative and detail-oriented.
