Job Description
As a Talent Sourcer, your role is pivotal in finding and attracting top-tier candidates for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying potential candidates through various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Working closely with the recruitment team, you will review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications. With your excellent communication skills, you will engage with candidates, build relationships, and present them with compelling opportunities.
Collaboration is key as you coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide a shortlist of qualified candidates. You will also contribute to our employer brand by crafting enticing job advertisements that accurately represent our company culture and values.
