Job Description

Join our team at SHANG TCM PTE. LTD. as a TCM Clinic Assistant! Your responsibilities will include:

Receptionist duties: patient registration, maintaining patient records, and cashier duties.
Dispensing medication: preparing patients’ TCM (herbal medicine) according to prescriptions.
Purchasing equipment and medicine.
Handling paperwork and administrative tasks.
Maintaining the clinic’s cleanliness and organization.

Requirements:

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
Good attitude and teamwork skills.
Able to work at various clinic locations (Waterloo Street, Kovan, and Boon Lay).
