Job Description
- Assist and report directly to Building Manager (BM) in all operation & maintenance concerns.
- Oversee the facilities management within the premises.
- Compiling the monthly utilities report and tabulations.
- Monthly M&E reports.
- Assist to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as necessary.
- Interfacing with the clients: attending meetings, providing updates, attending to feedback or requests.
- Coordinate and manage projects: provide costing and proposals, evaluate quotations, liaise and manage contractors.
- Leading the on-site technical teams: provide guidance and supervision, plan maintenance schedule, ensure efficient execution of tasks.
- Handle any other assigned ad-hoc tasks by the Management.
