Job Description
Liaise with external parties/authorities for on-site works. Co-ordinate and oversee the movement of keys to ensure prompt returns or pickups from HDB or our appointed contractors for sprucing works. Report to SO Rep on status updates or any delays in completion of works, upon request. Submit photographs of completed works in both tenanted and vacant flats for assessment. Manage A&A and R&R of minor upgrading works. Manage sprucing works of residential units. Perform any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management.
