Job Description
- Respond promptly to the incoming enquiries/incident/request via ticketing system and call, e-mail etc.
- Manage ticket queue and take ownership and responsibility of tickets assigned, within agreed SLA
- Perform 1st level IT support and troubleshoot desktop, basic systems/network and applications issues
- Provide timely status update on issues escalated and to close tickets within SLA
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computers, laptops and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Dealing with hardware and application support queries and issues reported to support helpdesk
- Support in Email administration, configure email for users
