Job Description
As a Technical Service Engineer I, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving product-related problems. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You will work closely with the engineering team to identify and address product issues, as well as collaborate with customers to ensure their technical needs are met. Additionally, you will play a key role in testing new products and providing feedback for continuous improvement.
