Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Compile and publish daily technical schedules ensuring rotation of show assignments.
- Ensure timely and efficient maintenance works.
- Oversee team members during event execution.
- Independently program and operate technical equipment during events.
- Train team members in equipment operation and handling.
- Adhere to all RWS safety policies.
Equipment includes staging, lighting, sound, audio-visual, rigging, show control, and automation.
Job Requirements
- Preferred: Degree, Diploma, or WSQ Equivalent in a related discipline.
- Experience: 6-10 years in the industry based on qualifications.
- Good interpersonal and people management skills.
- Flexibility in working hours.
