Job Description
Assist in day-to-day administration (technical and services) which includes handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, data entry & filing.
To provide sales support functions to technical and service, preparation of quotation, P/O, invoice, D/O and coordination with customers on servicing, repairing, spare part, and chemical deliveries.
Assist in stock monitoring and ordering including keeping an account of physical inventory (stock count).
To receive, check, and arrange incoming stock in the warehouse.
To in-charge of Winterhalter service hotline, coordinate with the technical team, liaise of servicing, repairing schedule.
Able to work independently while remaining a strong team player.
Follow up with clients on sales quotation, customer inquiries, and repair jobs to be done.
To follow up sales payment from customers.
