Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain accounts payable.
• Accurately account for all invoices and payments.
• Update invoices and manage F&B inventories.
• Prepare daily revenue reports.
• Process monthly payments to suppliers and resolve queries.
• Maintain internal controls for accounts payable.
• Participate in stock takes and audits.
• Perform other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent, 2 years experience.
• Good command of English and strong Excel skills.
• Independent, accurate, with excellent communication skills.
