Job Description

Primary Purpose and Function

• Responsible for driving and growing tender sales.
• Create value for Tender business by building new and more vendors/solutions.
• To support the company’s business planning and development function.
• To support product planning & development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build tendering network to source and prepare tender groundwork – 20%
• Supervise, monitor, and manage all ongoing awarded tenders and ensure tender delivery on time – 10%
• Source new and review vendors’ solutions costing and quality – 10%
• Ensure prompt payment collection from concluded Tenders – 10%
• Support AGM’s planning work on business and product development – 30%
• Understanding of CV market development in competitors’ products development – 20%

Competency Requirement

• Good knowledge of MS Office and tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI etc.
• Good knowledge of Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for Gov tenders.
• Good knowledge of Automotive business, (CV preferred), to support business & product planning / development.

Qualification

• Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline. (Degree preferred)
• At least 3 years in Tender related work.
• Involved in business / product development / planning work.
