Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Terminal Leader to join our FX team. As the Terminal Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the FX terminal, ensuring efficient processes and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key responsibilities include managing terminal staff, optimizing workflow, and resolving any issues that may arise in a timely manner. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of FX operations.
