Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Trade Compliance, Senior Manager for the AP & EMEA regions. As the Trade Compliance Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and policies across our operations in Asia-Pacific and Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
You will lead a team of trade compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks and optimize efficiency in international trade activities.
Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of international trade laws, conducting compliance audits and risk assessments, developing and delivering training programs, and fostering strong relationships with government agencies, customs bodies, and industry associations in the regions.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in trade compliance, with deep expertise in AP and EMEA regulations and practices. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
