Job Description
NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is currently seeking a Trade Floor Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a Trade Floor Desktop Support Engineer, you will play a vital role in contributing to the overall success of our Dealing Room Support/Trade Floor Support. You will work closely with all technology teams across the organization to ensure the smooth operation of our production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the overall success of Dealing room support / Trade floor support and working closely with all technology teams across the organization;
- Provide effective day-to-day end user technical support to all trade floor users on production systems including PCs, printers, applications, and trading phone systems;
- Ensure specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of team’s business strategies and objectives;
- 1st & 2nd level technical system support to all production systems being used by the users;
- Liaise with 3rd level support when applicable and provide recommendations to management;
- Perform PC refresh plan, deploy for new hires, installation of equipment, PC move service requests within SLA, and ensure asset tracking is updated;
- Must accurately record, update ticket in ITSM system;
- Prepare and update technical documentation.
