Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Trainee Baristas. As a Trainee Barista, you will be responsible for learning and mastering the art of coffee making. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced baristas, learning about different coffee beans, brewing techniques, and creating delicious coffee beverages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages
- Taking customer orders and providing excellent customer service
- Operating coffee machines and equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
- Learning about coffee origins, flavors, and brewing methods
No prior experience in the field is required, but a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn is a must. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, reliable, and have a strong attention to detail.
