Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement daily collection and delivery schedule.
- Attend to daily collection and delivery issues, ensure it is resolved in a timely manner.
- Monitor and tabulate trip allowances on truck drivers.
- Lead ah-hoc emergency response.
- Manage incident report submission, lead investigation, determine root-cause, corrective and preventive plan.
- Perform weekly training session on safety and procedure.
- Assist to inspect all vehicles to ensure they are in operating condition.
- Adhere to SOP & Risk Management according to Company Policies.
Requirements:
- Able to lead a team of truck drivers.
- Good coordination skill.
