Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Utility Technician to join our team. As a Utility Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various utility systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Your main responsibilities will include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and conducting repairs and maintenance tasks as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and documenting all maintenance activities.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with utility systems and a solid understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on utility systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and conduct repairs as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Document all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with other team members to optimize system performance.
