Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our company as the Vice President – IT Service Desk Manager. As the VP-IT Service Desk Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the IT service desk operations.

Your main responsibilities will include leading a team of service desk specialists, ensuring efficient handling of all technical issues and inquiries, developing and implementing service desk strategies and procedures, and meeting service level agreements.

In this role, you will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service desk efficiency, identify areas for process improvement, and act as a liaison between the IT department and other departments within the organization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in IT service desk management, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service. In addition, previous experience in managing a large-scale service desk operation is highly desirable.
