Job Description
WilsonHCG Singapore is seeking a VP with strong business partnering skills and a proven track record in investment or capital markets. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in the dynamic field of deep tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner and advise portfolio companies on strategic transactions and investor relations.
- Source and foster collaborations between portfolio teams, corporates, government institutions, and finance partners.
- Aid in preparing investor marketing materials for the firm and its portfolio companies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies for portfolio companies in the deep tech sector.
- Collaborate with investment, legal, and operational teams for holistic portfolio management.
Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in private funds, capital raising in VC/PE/IB firm, or deep tech start-up.
- Experience with institutional investors, fundraising, and diligence processes.
- Strong relationships with international deep tech investors preferred.
