Job Description

$40 Attendance Allowance / $50 Meal/Transport Allowance

Working location: 6 Tampines Industrial

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm / 3pm to 11pm)

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for shipment inquiries.
  • Coordinate order fulfillment and communication across departments.
  • Utilize SAP & Warehouse Management System for order tracking.
  • Consolidate requirements for inventory management.
  • Ensure accurate documentation flow and compliance with RBA standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum educational requirement: “O” Level or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant logistics or warehouse management experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with QC tools and PDCA cycle.
