Job Description
Company: SAMSUNG SDS ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support.
- Supervise installation teams with proper training and equipment.
- Ensure timely delivery of all items.
- Monitor installation processes for quality and safety compliance.
- Support team members with daily administrative tasks.
- Handle order processing with WMS for accurate fulfillment.
- Update delivery status and upload Proof of Delivery in the system.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in logistics or operations management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Location: 15 Greenwich Drive, Singapore 534022
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am – 5:30 pm; Sat 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
