Outbound Responsibilities

• Accurately pick goods from specified locations.
• Label, pack, and place goods neatly in the Outbound area.
• Complete Pick & Pack for daily deliveries.
• Ensure proper handover of goods and documents with delivery contractors.
• Submit completed documents to Customer Service after verification.

Inbound Responsibilities

• Acknowledge receipt of goods from freight forwarders.
• Check physical condition and segregate goods.
• Put-away items into designated locations on time.
• Document goods receipt and submit to Customer Service.
• Dispose of unwanted materials appropriately.

Warehouse & Inventory Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.
• Maximize storage capacity for easy picking.
• Segregate unsalable goods in quarantine.
• Execute weekly cycle counts.
