Job Description
Working Location
JTC Defu Industrial
Working Hours
Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm with alternate Sat (8am to 5.45pm)
Some Mondays will require reporting at 7am (usually on double digits days’ events).
*Special requirements: There will be weekends (Sat & Sun) to be performed 2-3 weeks before Chinese New Year & some Saturdays for Stock taking, Public Holidays.
Picking and Packing
- Picking and packing of the goods
- Ensure the goods are prepared and issued correctly in a timely manner.
Marshalling, Receiving
- To merge the orders and bring the cargo to the loading bay for deliveries.
- Receiving pallets from loading bay
Warehouse Improvement
- Observe workplace health & safety guidelines are followed closely.
- Maintain general housekeeping & cleanliness.
Inventory Management
- Involve in Quarterly Stocks Counting.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior such as assist in gift sets’ production, returns sorting, disposal of shrinkage, return to bin for reverse logistics.
Additional requirements (Good to have)
- Knowledge in pallet jet.
- Have a valid forklift license and able to operate.
- Knowledge in HHT scanning.
- Willing to work in both aircon and non-aircon environment.
- Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for senior roles.
