Job Description
Responsibilities:
2. Act as the company’s designated Dangerous Goods Inspector
3. Act as the company’s designated Store inspector
4. Coordination with internal stakeholders and forwarders on shipments to be received or dispatched
5. Ensure packing of shipments are performed correctly and safely, including completeness of paperwork
6. Ensure completion of work tasks for month-end closure activities
7. Ensure picking of parts are performed accurately
8. Ensure parts are binned accurately to their assigned storage location
9. Identify and escalate issues with damage to materials received, incorrect certification received, and the like
10. Participate in annual/cycle stock counts and ensure adherence to established processes
11. Perform Goods receiving, Inspection, and Processing of Goods Receipt in the company’s system
12. Participate in Regulatory or Financial Audits as required
13. Any other duties assigned by Superior
Education Requirements:
2. 3 years of experience in Handling Aerospace Materials, Candidates with lesser experience or Fresh Graduates may be considered if deemed suitable for the role as a Store Assistant
3. Dangerous Goods Handling certification is a plus but not essential, Training could be provided
