Job Description
- Input daily delivery orders into a summary spreadsheet.
- Plan the delivery team routing and update delivery schedule.
- Receive daily delivery orders from sales department and sort according to delivery dates & delivery teams.
- Coordinate with sales department for the pick list to be printed and passed to warehouse team.
- Record all the orders received and ensure there is no missing delivery instructions.
- Consolidate all returned delivery orders from the delivery team and scan into company digital management system.
- Report to the Warehouse Operations Co-ordinator & carried out any other miscellaneous tasks if required.
