Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day operation in the warehouse facility to ensure smooth operations.
- Verify certificates to ensure acceptability to air regulations requirements and customer requirements.
- Raise Non-conformance material report for discrepancies items.
- Perform good receipt into SAP systems.
- Follow up with customers and buyers for any discrepancy.
- Understand of Air Regulation Requirements for receiving inspection for aircraft parts and certifications requirements.
- Support the team with order processing, logistics management and assist in daily office and warehouse needs.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with the production team, freight forwarders & clients (local/exports).
- Resolve any delivery/QC/shipment issues and provide good customer service to clients.
- Ensure good practice on workplace safety is adhered to at all times.
- Prepare reports for submission when required.
- Prepare documentation and inventory for audits.
- Perform any other work-related functions as deemed necessary and appropriate by immediate superior.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain management or related discipline / GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience in supply chain management & Logistics.
- Meticulous, organized, and possesses a positive attitude.
- Motivated team player with a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP and other ERP system (Training will be provided).
- Good computer literacy (MS Office).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
