Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative support for order processing, fulfillment, and deliveries.
- Communicate discrepancies to customers via email.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by communicating effectively.
- Support daily reporting for inventory and distribution tracking.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams based on customer needs.
- Data entry for inventory management.
- Ensure accurate handling of stock inventory data.
- Assist with import/export operations.
- Undertake other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics admin or warehouse customer service.
- Experience in 3PL is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and WMS/SAP.
- Good communication skills with internal and external customers.
