Job Description

Swift Global Marine is a dynamic company operating in the Maritime Industry as a Logistic Service Provider for Ship Spares.

For our Warehouse and Hub Operations Team, we are looking for an energetic person with a passion for Warehouse Operations and Logistics Coordination.

Main Tasks:

• Assist in the daily running of the hub operations
• Monitoring vessel loading, deliveries and collections
• Tracking Cost for Import, Export & DOBs
• Attend Requests from Clients and Coordination with Warehouse Operations
• Manage 3rd party vendors and quotation to clients
• Manage stocks for external clients and accurately generate orders in WMS
• Maintain proper records required for ZGS ( Zero GST Status/ Bonded Warehouse)

Pre-requisite:

• MS office skills
• Import & Export operations
• Experience in handling large volume of emails in Outlook
• O-Level or higher

Working Location:

Pioneer Warehouse and Keck Seng Tower
